<h2 style="text-align: center; color: #052D55;">Can I Use a Stretch Woven Fabric When Woven is Called For?</h2>
<p style="text-align: center; color: #052D55;">Some of the Stretch Woven styles have a small amount of stretch.&nbsp; Using these will not impact on the fit of the garment, other to add a bit of comfort.&nbsp; It is important to check the SPECS and FEATURES tab below to see the degree of stretch for each style.&nbsp; Those with significant stretch may cause the garment to be larger if it calls for ordinary woven fabrics, in which case you may need to make a smaller size.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: center; color: #052D55;">Many styles have water-repellent finish (DWR means Durable Water Repellent). Water Repellent finishes are desirable especially when you are using them for outdoor adventures.&nbsp; They are also good for travel clothes, because the finish can also repel stains, so less washing! &nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center; color: #052D55;">Styles with a water repellent finish tend to stay cleaner as they resist spills, making the clothing well suited for travel.&nbsp; The DWR finished styles remain breathable and comfortable even under active conditions.</p>

<p style="text-align: center; color: #052D55;">A nice midweight stretch woven with a DWR finish, smooth face, and textured back.&nbsp; Great for spring and fall <strong style="text-align: center; color: #052D55;">hiking pants or shorts, mountain biking pants or shorts, golf wear, indoor wear.&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>Adventure has a comfortable stretch and is nylon based. Nylon is more durable than polyester.&nbsp;</p>

It is a nice light weight, but opaque enough for summer pants. Have you seen the stretch woven wrap skirts made by Hawaii Rip Skirt? This is the type of material you would use for making this type of travel or sports skirt.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: center; color: #052D55;">Plunge swim fabric is a new line of budget-friendly Polyester/spandex prints that we brought in for those wanting fun designs at an affordable price.&nbsp; These are lovely quality fabrics with nice stretch and recovery.&nbsp; We do not have any Plunge solids, but you can match the prints with many of the <a style="text-align: center; color: #052D55;" href="https://discoveryfabrics.com/products/nautilus-chlorine-proof-swim">Nautilus Chlorine Proof swim</a> fabrics we carry for serious swimmers who are constantly in chlorinated pools.</p>
<p style="text-align: center; color: #052D55;">Plunge is better suited for lake and outdoor swimming where chlorine will not affect its longevity.&nbsp; &nbsp;It can be used for occasional pool swimming as well, but is not as durable as the <a style="text-align: center; color: #052D55;" href="https://discoveryfabrics.com/products/nautilus-chlorine-proof-swim">Nautilus</a> for continued exposure.&nbsp; Rinse well after swimming!&nbsp; &nbsp;Most commercial swimwear is similar to Plunge.&nbsp; Perfect for seasonal swimwear, and for growing kids!&nbsp;</p>
